To access the full range of services offered by f16, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. f16 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the platform's security procedures. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the f16 platform agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any f16 services.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate the system, game outcomes, or payment processes is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the f16 platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the f16 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods approved by the platform, including local internet banking, supported e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. The latest information on transaction limits is available in your account section after logging in.
F16 reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of withdrawals until identity and source-of-funds verification procedures have been completed to its satisfaction. This is a standard safeguard to ensure the security of all transactions. Any attempt to abuse the payment system — including unauthorised chargebacks — will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.

5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
F16 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for reasons including but not limited to: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of closure not caused by a user violation, any valid cash balance in the account will be returned to the user once the verification process has been completed.
Limitation of Liability
F16 is not liable for any loss or direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and f16 makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of any information displayed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f16 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and the user interface — is the exclusive property of f16 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or using any platform content without prior written consent from f16 is strictly prohibited.
